Fees Refund Application Form

This form is to be used if:

Refer to the Refund Policy in your International Student Handbook. Refunds must be requested using the Fees Refund Application form and will be paid under the conditions below within 10 working days of any of the events mentioned. Refunds will be paid in Australian dollars.

Requests for refunds will be assessed in accordance with the Spencer College Pty Ltd Refund Policy. Please ensure you have read and understood the Refund Policy found in the International Student Handbook which you received in your enrolment pack.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: If withdrawing or discontinuing please provide a full explanation and attach it to this refund form, including any supporting documents (e.g. medical certificate, flight ticket, payment of airfares, DHA Visa rejection etc).

Refund of the Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)

It is the responsibility of the student to claim any OSHC refund from the health insurer.
